Beef Brisket is a nod to one of my favorite dishes in Hong Kong: Beef Brisket Noodle Soup. Sonically, it features my guitar/bass work over a chill boombap groove with a throwback vibe.

Along with the lead single Bodega Minute, you'll notice a bit of a trend of the things that I miss in both cities. Matter fact, it's always been the 3 f's for me: food, family and friends.
